With the Cambridge First, the world of work opens up to you! With a certified CEFR B2 level exam like the FCE, you can 'function effectively in an English speaking office environment'. So, employers want to see it on your CV to certify your English level.
That said, the Cambridge FCE is a 'General English Exam' so you study a very wide range of topics from Relationships to Holidays, from Work to Hobbies. In short, studying for the FCE is one of the best ways to improve your general English and also to get a better job. This English exam is internationally-recognised, so it is ideal for getting a better job in your home country.
