The Canada Water house shares are situated in the modern Docklands area of London (zone 2) offering a good standard of accommodation for short and long stay students.
Houses are modern and well equipped offering accommodation for 3 to 7 persons with shared facilities. Each house has a common dining room, lounge with TV, WI-FI, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and, in most cases, a patio with garden. There are usually 1 or 2 bathrooms per house. There is weekly cleaning in common areas.
Room type
Single and twin rooms are available, some with en suite bathrooms (limited availability). All rooms have a desk and chair and bed linen is provided.
Transport
All houses are located within easy reach of central London by bus, train and tube. Most houses are located within a few minutes of Canada Water, Surrey Quays, Bermondsey or Rotherhide. The exact location of the house share is provided 2 weeks before the student arrives.
Availability
Rooms are available all year, check in and out must be at the weekend. The minimum booking period is 1 week.
